At SOUTHFRAME, every garment is hand screen printed and produced in limited batches. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Returns

We do not accept returns for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Personal preference

Please review our Size Guide carefully before placing your order. If you need help choosing a size, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once we review your request, we'll provide an appropriate resolution if the issue is confirmed.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

• You receive a damaged or defective item.
• You receive an incorrect item.
• Your order cannot be fulfilled by SOUTHFRAME.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
